This painting is called #Corbiere Summer. From a#painting trip John and Sandi took in late June that started in #Toulouse and ended in #Perpignan.
The huge Corbiere wine region is one of the most sparsely populated in #France, its dramatic scenery bordered by the #Mediterranean and the #Pyrenees Fresh to the website.

This is looking back to a 1998 Solo Exhibition by John Donaldson called L'Éclat Du Midi. loosely translated the brilliance of the light of the Midi region of France.
