The Reveal!

Remember the Sneak Peek blog post I put on a few days ago .. well here is the full painting. This painting is now uploaded to the website. This original is one of John's classic doors. This is called Southern Door.

As you may know by now this subject matter is one of John's favourite.

Looking at these you can see why he definitely knows how captures the rustic elements of these old doors perfectly. Port Soleil giclee and Alla Porta giclee prints amongst others.

In fact one one of Dad's I absolutely had to have in my life was No. 42.

Once you tune into seeing doors in this way it becomes hard to switch off - I can't go on away now without looking out for ones like these. Its amazing how many beautiful doors are out there, usually the older the better.
