PAYMENT

All  prints  and  original  paintings  are  available  to  order  online. Payments  are processed  securely via Paypal. This gives you the option to pay via an existing Paypal account or by a debit or credit card withing the Paypal system if you prefer. 

 

DELIVERY CHARGES 

These  are  included  in  the  cost  of the prints therefore you will not incur extra charges at checkout.  The postage charge for Paintings is incorporated in the cost. Delivery is 3 - 5 working days.

If you are purchasing from outside the UK please contact us via email using the email address above or the Contacts page to request price of shipping for each purchase.

 

RETURNS

If  for  any  reason  you  are  not happy  with an original painting when you receive it please contact us and we can resolve it. Contact us via email on the email address above within 14 working days from delivery to arrange returning the item. We will give you address details and ask for a description of the reason for return. Please use original packaging and paperwork. For your protection we recommend a recorded delivery service to send the item back.  We will issue a full refund on the price paid for the item within 30 days of cancellation subject to our receipt of the item in good order.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

We are committed to protecting your privacy.  We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation [GDPR] 2018).
